Refund and Return Policy

Nova Furniture is committed to your satisfaction. If your order doesn’t arrive in perfect condition or meets any issue, we’re here to help. Please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it if one of the following conditions applies:

  • The item is damaged by the carrier

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is defective or not functioning properly

To be eligible, the returned item must:

  • Be unused, in original condition, with tags, stickers, and labels intact

  • Be returned with original packaging and all accessories included

  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Please note: Returns for “change of mind” are not accepted at this time.


2. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to request a return:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (for damaged or incorrect items) or videos (for non-functioning equipment)

Step 2: After approval, you will receive:

  • A returns form with a returns code

  • A prepaid return label (if applicable)

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

The full refund timeline includes:

  • 5–10 business days: transit time to receive the item

  • 3–5 business days: processing time after inspection

  • 5–10 business days: for your bank to complete the transaction

We will not charge any return shipping or restocking fees if the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your refund has not appeared within the expected time, please:

  • Check your bank or credit card account

  • Contact your financial institution

  • Then email us at support@novafurniture.shop if assistance is needed


4. Exchanges

We offer free replacements for items that arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

5. Shipping Your Return

If your return is valued over £90, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the return without tracking.
